Research & Publications
Documentation is an essential component of QAYN’s work. We always seek to empower LGBTQ communities in West Africa to tell their own stories on one hand and gathering data on the scope and situation of the LGBTQ population in West Africa are critical components of our work.
Activities
QAYN aims to become the hub for LGBTQ West African youth activists and youth-led organizations. One of our main goals is to develop structures and training to strengthen the capacities of potential youth leaders to become the most engaged and responsible leaders committed to bringing change in their communities.
Health Blog
Welcome to my QAYN health blog! I look forward to sharing health information and taking your questions. I will usually focus on topics of particular relevance to women who have sex with women (WSW), men who have sex with men (MSM), and transgendered people.
SUPPORT US!
QAYN is a fiscal project of the Lavender Youth Recreation and Information Center (LYRIC), which means that if you are US-based supporters, your contributions are tax deductible.
